Sam bought a house in Northeast Portland OR in about 2012. It was a sort of craftsman house and it had a lot of character. It took me several visits before I realized how neat the front door was with bright red-ish paint and a fairly old looking mail slot that I think is original hardware from when the house was built in the early 1900’s I would guess.
